This is a traditional Korean fan that my grandparents used, and I had forgotten about it. My coworker showed me BTS’s new music video 2.0, and Jung Kook was holding the fan in the intro scene. When I saw this fan online, I ordered it as a birthday gift for my co-worker.
It arrived in a box that protected the fan, with a silk wrapping. The silk cloth wrapping was well tied. I knew I wouldn’t be able to restore its original wrapping, but I had to open it to see the finishing and quality. The quality is absolutely amazing. There’s no blemish to point out. The colors and pattern are correct. The silk cover was navy, while the purple color is shown in the product image.
The Arirang photo card was included. The logo seems to be vertically squeezed. The photo of Jung Kook on the other side looks great. 11 inches is a handy and portable size, but I would recommend 13.7 inches as a fan to use.
This hand fan is beautiful and feels well-made.
-The traditional silk fabric and wooden frame construction feels like good quality and well made. The handle on mine is a little rough in one part, but is otherwise good.
-The Bojagi wrapping cloth packaging is pretty and the bow looks elegant. There's no way I'll be able to rewrap it so I'm keeping it on for now.
-The included photocard is a nice bonus for fans. I got V!
-Lightweight and easy to carry around for events, concerts, or everyday use on warm days. I'm going to hang mine up on the wall with my other keepsakes!

I got this fan set for my adopted teen girl who is absolutely in love with Jung Kook. I have now been forced to watch the video with this exact fan in it… along with many, many other BTS videos. I still don’t understand the hype, but she was thrilled, and that’s the important part.
The fan is pretty, well made, and the little extras in the set made her light up. If you have a BTS‑loving teen, this is an easy win.
