🚚 Order Processing & Shipping:

- Orders are processed within 25 business days.

- International shipping may take 1020 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

- Shipping delays due to customs or local postal services are beyond our control.

📆Return Window

You may return any unused and unopened item within:

- 🇺🇸 United States & Other Regions: 14 days from delivery  
- 🇪🇺 European Union (EU Customers): 14 days from delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive)  
-Other Asian Regions: 14 days recommended


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

- Digital products (e-gift cards, downloads)  
- Sale or clearance items  
- Personalized or made-to-order products  
- Opened consumables or hygiene-sensitive items

🔁 Cancellation Policy & Refunds & Exchanges

Cancellation:

- Cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of purchase.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

 Returns & Refunds:

- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

- We do not accept returns for personal preference, size issues, or change of mind due to the international nature of our shipping.

- Customers must contact us immediately with photos for defective/damaged items.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

- Domestic Returns: Please return items to the designated return address provided by our team.  
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
  We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo.  
We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost.
